What is a domain name?
A domain name is the name your site will have. For example the domain name of the site you are now on is softproblem.com and it costs a fixed ammount yearly.

What is hosting?
Next to the domain name, it is also necessary to pay for space on a server where your data will be held. The proper analogy is living in an apartament and pay rent for it. As long as you have data on your site, there will be a yearly fee.

These two may also be included in price at the SMALL, MEDIUM and BIG packages, adding 200€ ($300) at the package’s price.
